As Operations Field Manager at Mindset, Ala’a plans and oversees all field- and office-based projects across the Middle East, ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality data and smooth project execution from inception to completion.
With expertise in supervising large field teams and a strong academic background in computer science, Ala’a is responsible for coordinating between supervisors and enumerators, managing logistics, monitoring operational performance, and resolving on-the-ground challenges. He works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement innovative methodologies.
Ala’a also supports budget planning, prepares detailed progress reports, and leads initiatives to improve project delivery and team training. His commitment to operational excellence has made him a key contributor to the success of complex field research projects.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Applied Science University, Jordan.
