As part of Mindset’s Operations Unit, Halla ensures the seamless execution of organizational activities by managing processes, allocating resources, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. She began her career at Mindset supporting the Research and Data Processing teams, later transitioning into her current role as Operations Officer.
In this role, Halla oversees logistical preparations, monitors operational performance, and works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges. She brings expertise in quality assurance, risk management, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization. Halla has played a key role in supporting regional and international projects across Yemen, Syria, Ukraine, and Palestine, ensuring operational excellence in diverse and complex environments.
Additionally, she assists in budget planning, prepares detailed progress reports, and leads change initiatives to enhance efficiency and promote innovative methodologies. Committed to continuous improvement, Halla contributes to training project teams and ensuring that projects run smoothly from initiation to completion.
Halla holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the Hashemite University.
