Ahmed joined Mindset in 2021, as the National Operations Coordinator in Nigeria. He has over ten years of experience in logistics and HR management, supporting his rigorous work in field operations management for Mindset’s projects in Nigeria. His expertise in supervising field teams stems from his own personal experience working in Operations and Logistics in different organizations in Nigeria. At Mindset, he plans and oversees all field- and office-based projects from inception to completion, coordinating between supervisors and enumerators in the field.
Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in Nigeria.
