With a strong background in the humanitarian and aid sectors, Talal brings expertise in research design, proposal development, and managing multidisciplinary teams. He is skilled in aligning project outcomes with partner requirements, overseeing complex workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget constraints.
In addition to his project management responsibilities, Talal mentors junior staff, optimizes internal processes, and upholds rigorous standards in research execution.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Master of Science in Project Management from Coventry University.
