Raghad leads Mindset’s communication strategy and online presence, overseeing social media, content creation, branding materials, and public events to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement. She also manages the website, produces newsletters and success stories, and coordinates events, webinars, and media coverage.
In addition to her communications work, Raghad actively supports business development by identifying partnership opportunities, contributing to proposal writing, and facilitating smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Mindset, Raghad worked in journalism and held media, communications, and coordination roles at UNICEF Jordan and the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office. There, she facilitated coordination between UN agencies, government bodies, ambassadors, and media outlets at both local and international levels.
Raghad holds a B.A. in Applied English from the University of Jordan and an M.A. in Social Work – Migration and Refugees from the German Jordanian University, including a semester at the University of Bologna in Italy. She has also completed extensive training in research, social work, and mental health across Jordan, Germany, Lebanon, and Kenya.
Beyond her role at Mindset, Raghad is a novelist, researcher, and psychosocial support instructor.
