Firyal currently serves as Technical Project Coordinator at Mindset, where she participates in the management of various development projects in Jordan and Palestine. Stemming from her experience in human rights research, journal edition, and financial marketing Firyal has technical knowledge of social research tools spanning quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and data analysis, as well as report preparation. Through her experience in research centers in the United States and in the non-profit sector in Jordan, she also gained skills in project management including logistics coordination, and grants management. Firyal is also skilled in translation from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic. Thanks to her academic and professional experience, she is a valuable asset to Mindset's Project Management Unit.
Firyal holds a bachelor's degree in international development studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States.
