Ban is part of the Business Development Department, as a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Officer Ban contributes in the development of project proposals and identifies partnerships opportunities.
Prior to her current role at Mindset, Ban served as a Project Manager and Institutional Development Specialist working with numerous donors such as UN agencies, USAID and EU Commission. She has also worked with Governmental entities focusing on technical assistance in various sectors.
She has also a background in leadership coaching.
