Observations

In providing MEL support to various organizations, we consistently conduct observational visits on their behalf. These visits encompass community observations — a qualitative technique designed to provide a vivid and detailed understanding of the context in which interventions occur. They also regularly include classroom observations to verify the implementation of new pedagogical techniques and improved learning materials. The personnel handling these observations vary according to the task; for example, we engage teachers for classroom observations. Additionally, we utilize the appropriate technology to capture a range of multimedia to enrich our data collection and analysis.
