Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of UNHCR Activities in Tunisia

Mindset partnered with UNHCR Tunisia to conduct the Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of cash-based interventions (CBIs), which are used as a preferred method to deliver assistance to refugees and other vulnerable populations. The PDM aimed to assess the appropriateness, effectiveness, and coverage of the distributed cash, ensuring the cash assistance achieves its intended outcomes.

Mindset conducted 200 PDM phone surveys with cash assistance beneficiaries across Tunisia. In collaboration with Elka Consulting, Mindset successfully reached out to beneficiaries to gather essential data on their experiences and perceptions of the cash assistance program. By capturing feedback from cash recipients, these surveys helped evaluate the efficiency of interventions and how well they meet recipients' needs.
