Majd is a highly skilled project manager at Mindset, with a solid eight-year experience in managing donor-driven monitoring and evaluation and research activities. As the Head of the Project Management Unit (PMU), Majd is responsible for managing the PMU and overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of research projects implemented by Mindset in various countries. In addition, Majd is responsible for managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and for ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Prior to her current role at Mindset, Majd served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for the USAID Civic Initiatives Support Program in Jordan, where she developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation plans for the organization's programs and initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
