Ayat currently serves as Senior Operations Officer at Mindset. She has solid experience in operations management, including phone surveys, collecting respondents' addresses, and the calling team's day-to-day running. Ayat has honed her skills throughout her time at Mindset and has grown to supervise the computer-assisted personal interviewing division within the operations department, which includes producing detailed progress reports, preparing the preparatory documentation and stages in the project’s design phase, and coordinating the sample distribution among the allocated team of enumerators and supervisors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Al Balqa Applied University.
