Okeji joined Mindset in 2023, as the National Operations Officer in Nigeria. She has over five years of experience in fieldwork management for various actors in the field of humanitarian aid and international development. Stemming from her own experience as a field researcher, Okeji possesses strong skills in logistical planning, procurement management, recruitment and training of data collectors, and progress reporting. She also has valuable insights into community development and institutional structures in Nigeria, which makes her an essential asset to Mindset's team.
Okeji holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Ilorin, as well as a master's degree in microbiology from the Bayero University of Kano and a master's degree in public health from the National Open University of Nigeria.
