Haneen coordinates the Jordan Nutrition Innovation Lab (JNIL), managed by Tufts University and implemented by FHI360. In 2021, Mindset became Tufts University's local partner to manage this USAID-funded project in Jordan. For the past two years, Haneen has been JNIL's Coordinator supervising the implementation of different research efforts.
With more than ten years of experience in project management in the non-profit sector in Jordan, Haneen has strong skills in capacity-building and training of staff members, M&E, reporting to clients and donors, concept note and proposal development, staffing and budget management. Prior to her position at Mindset she worked on health related projects for Blumont and for Medair, which gave her valuable insight to coordinate JNIL's activities focusing on nutrition and health.
Haneen holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Jordan.
