For the past two years, Bana has been part of Mindset's Operations team where she supports the planning and management of office and field-based operations. As Operations Coordinator, she develops logistical plans and ensures project compliance with clients' requirements by supporting the implementation of strong quality assurance procedures. Bana is also skilled in developing quantitative data collection tools, training material, and reports addressed to clients such as progress and methodology reports.
Prior to Mindset, Bana worked for six years in the field of electrical engineering. She gained technical skills in project management, spanning planning, research development, training, and reporting. Throughout her experience, Bana also developed the ability to understand different clients' expectations which is a valuable asset for her position at Mindset.
She holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Jordan.
