Bader is part of Mindset’s Finance Department, as an Accounting Manager responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting functions.
He has solid 21 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, prior to his current role at Mindset, Bader has led managerial, operational and financial roles, and provided various consultancies in Auditing with Major private institutions in Gulf and Jordan. He has a solid background in many aspects of corporate management with a demonstrated capability in client and stakeholder engagement. He also has contributed his expertise to NGO’s such as UNHCR as an Audit Manager.
He holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Applied Science University and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
