Ala'a is a well-versed professional with seven years of solid experience in managing projects in the humanitarian and international development fields. As a registered nurse in Lebanon where she obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing, she started her career in project management focusing on the Lebanese health sector.
She now works as Project Management Officer for Mindset, where she expanded her expertise in various sectors in Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Ukraine. Ala'a has in-depth experience in vulnerable community settings, which makes her a valuable asset to Mindset's Project Management Unit.
