Alaa’ currently serves as Mindset's Field Operations Manager. His strong academic background in computer science supports his rigorous work managing field operations for Mindset’s projects in the Middle East region. His expertise in supervising field teams stems from his own personal experience working as an enumerator in Jordan. At Mindset, he plans and oversees all field- and office-based projects from inception to completion, coordinating between supervisors and enumerators in the field.
Alaa’ holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Applied Science University.
